I found a dive buddy. Likely diving the chaudiere and Annapolis.

Sechelt 1st in July
Anyone in the sechelt area? I will be in sechelt July 5-11. I will check out dive charters but I will have my boat (18' RIB) and it would be great if any locals familiar with the sites in the area wanted someone to dive with. Does the chaudiere have mooring balls? Tony Portland Sent from my XT1254 u...

Re: Cleaning Boat Hull
I clean my parents hull (bottom painted) about twice a year. Zinc replacement I usually only have to once a year. Used to be more often when more stray current was around in the marina.
I will be scrubbing and zincing this weekend. It is a strenuous job. (42' sailboat).

What is it?
Found these by the thousands on the beach at Cape Kiwanda. Anyone know what they are and why they end up on the beach?
The big ones are blue and the small are clear.

I really appreciate you posting this. It has been great to show my daughters your footage from the dive. PS I was the odd man out from pdx on downtime that day.

Re: Steve's Scuba
Here is potentially another reason Steve's Scuba is no longer up and running. Really sad for everyone involved. Hope we don't lose Bandito too.

Re: Diving the OLD town of Vantage??
The crack in wanapum dam is being repaired. The lake will fill 17' from current elevation before the end of the year.
Additionally flows are about as low as they get right now. By Monday flow will increase by approximately 25%.
The best time from a velocity standpoint would be September.

Re: Steve's Scuba
That store front is actually Steve's. His friend owns the building and I think Steve intended to open up shop but hasn't. The folks at nwscuba tried to buy Steves business but the deal fell through. Steve always said he made more off his coin collecting than the scuba business. Give Jesse a call at ...

Steve's Scuba
Does anyone know if Steve's scuba in Portland/milwaukie is still in business? Also, there is apparently a new dive shop just off se Powell but it never seems to be open? There isn't even a name on the store. It looks like they have some of the furniture from Steve's scuba. Any ideas what's up? Tony ...

Howdy
New to this forum. I followed others in the past. Hope to get more dives soon. I'm in Portland but dive the coast, Puget sound, and Hood canal when I can. Although not much in the last few years. Does anyone know if Steve's scuba in Portland/milwaukie is still in business? Also, there is apparently ...
