The battery life is so good on the Casio that I've gotten into the 3rd dive on it. However, just to have a very strong battery I usually plan according to the dives I have that day. If two, I'll change between dives, especially if it's a great site for pics. If not, I might not bother. So... on the...

i'm sticking with longfin sculpin - i'm a little confused because the bottom fin doesn't look very long but otherwise it looks like the right guy ... and i didn't see any others in my books that looked even similar.

yeah; i have a ton of NIMH's - AA and D. i believe they are tenergy-branded. i did some research and read some reviews and they seemed a good match of quality and price, but there's all kinds of info on the 'net. i went all-out and bought a kick-ass MAHA smart charger that can charge up to 8 D's at ...

Re: Today in the San Juans

Went out on Lu Jac's Quest today with Ron Sallee, Jimmie (Kalvyn), Chris (cdpez), Joe (fishstiq), and a few other friends. Although the wind, waves, and vis didn't exactly cooperate, we still managed three successful dives. The day could be summed up in three words ... candy striped shrimp ... they...

Won't hurt your camera but you will not get the same performance from them. one person told me they just carry 4 of the cheap ones aroun...

smugmug actually has a really good page about sharing photos: http://www.smugmug.com/help/picture-sharing
