You might try contacting Bruce Higgins and/or talking to the folks over at Underwater Sports in Edmonds. Bruce uses large plastic drums for lifting boulders at the Edmonds Underwater Park. Those are really different tanks 120 is very tall and skinny - unless you are 6ft+ you might have a tough time with these. 130 is modestly tall and fat - fairly easy diving tanks except for the weight issue.
