As a Tidelog "subscriber" I received a letter version of the message posted on their web site. In short, the owner is retiring, and while there will be no 2012 edition, he is looking for a buyer.

Bummer! I know the information is available in a lot of digital formats there days, but am I the only one that really loved the datebook-style format that one could browse and... lovingly finger the pages? I'm kinda bummed.

If you're looking for a paper copy of the a tidetable, pm paulicarp. Haven't used that weird little book in years. Liked the Escher graphics, despised the format of slack reporting.

Sad news. That little book was a great resource, easy to throw in the car and take, easy to read. I hope somebody buys it and keeps it going...
