Just past the carousel boat @ ~85fsw on a low tide. Stuck around long enough for me to get a few pictures and check that she was female before disappearing into the dark. 5-6 feet long, I guess?

And it looks like you got shots of her in the water column and not just from above swimming on the bottom?

Great work and congrats on your first encounter. You should have guided it to us though. Hahaha :-)

Less yapping, more diving.
Yap, Yap, Yap, Yap....
Sigh... 3 dives, no luck. I keep seeing pictures of her on everyone else's feed. I feel like the guy in Junior High trying to ask out an amazing girl, getting no response, and then seeing pictures of her with all your friends.

I didn't see the shark but I did get a consolation prize of a Giant Skate!! It was at least 4 feet long and 3 feeet wide. Biggest one I've ever seen. It buzzed past me as I hung out at 90 - 100 feet waiting for the SixGill.
- I got a good squirt in my mouth
- I would imagine that there would be a large amount of involuntary gagging
- I don't know about you but I'm not into swallowing it
