trip/travel insurance????

Looking for best buy on trip/travel (interruption/cancellation-medical) insurance for travel outside of the USA.
I do have DAN preferred, but my wife does not dive.
Also, some trips are not dive related and looking for suggestions.

Non-divers can get DAN insurance.
