Thieves strike again

Post by Zen Diver »

I came out this AM to find my car broken into again. Thieves smashed the back window and stole about $2000 worth of stuff or more including an O2 kit, well stocked 1st aid kit, GPS and worst of all, my lovingly well stocked save-a-dive kit that had tools, spare parts and extras. They even stole the duct tape that I'd left there the last time this happened: I had to buy some on my way to work this am.

Anyone know of a 2-3 bedroom home for sale or rent in the Kent/N Auburn/ Federal Way area?

Oh no! I'm so sorry Val!

Stupid thieves, what are they planning on doing with that stuff? Unless they were divers and are planning on keeping it themselves, which would burn me up even more. :angryfire:

They should indeed be hung by their testicles, with rats nibbling at their dangling fingertips!

Wow Val... total bummer. Really super sorry you had to wake up to such heartache and aggravation.

With all this testicle hoisting talk I'm reminded never to piss off either Ppants or Valerie.

OH NO! Total bastard covered bastards with bastard filling!

I think it'd be cool to get a car alarm that was an electric force field! Jolt the snatch bastards all to hell!

Anyway, I'm VERY sorry! I'll let you know if I hear of a house!

I've had my car broken into once and outright stolen twice. It's such an awful feeling, and Val is so undeserving of such treatment.

Total bummer! seems the world is full of low life's these days. I had the same thing happen to me but they also hit my RV at the same time. Fortunately they left the dive gear(guess it was just to bulky) but they got two of my cameras the tv and sound system I had installed in the RV a hand gun and some other non replaceable stuff that really hurt including a laptop and palm-pc.

Definitely a car alarm is next on my list.

The O2 kit was the DAN soft sided one, with an MTV valve and some oral airways in it. The bottle and valves/regs had my name and contact info on it.

The SADK was a brown tackle box covered in dive stickers. Most of the tools had my name on them. Small parts were in pill bottles, labelled for contents.

The first aid kit was a beige field bag that was stuffed with 1st aid contents such bandaging & splinting materials, meds (Asa, Tylenol, benedryl etc).

All bags had tags and/or my contact info attached.

Thanks everyone. This is a great group.

Very sorry to about the rat bastards again. I think the rat bastards just laugh at a car alarm. This is what you need.

Thanks Bob, I'll most likely take you up on your offer as I can't afford to replace it before March's classes.

And I have quite a few rigger friends. We could hang them from someplace really high-like inside the arena.
