i did a dive with Jerry a while back where he basically had a 'hole' in the top/back of the lung. it was an early (if not the first) manta lung prototype and the ADV style selected wasn't quite ideal for the job we heard him gurgling for the whole 90 min dive. when we got out, it was time to take a look at his canister. I think he poured a quart or more of water out of the bottom (he dives a tall canister) but his scrubber was still dry as a bone. needless to say they did not choose that ADV it is exactly in keeping with ISC though, they dive their product, they dive their prototypes, they destructive test all of it so that we don't have to
