So… what did I find…

Hi All,
Doing a summer trip with the family and decided to do a quick few dives in Lake Chelan. While diving, found a few wheel like objects and what appeared to be a wooden ladder. I brought the best looking wheel up (as well as a Safeway shopping cart… figured since I’m lifting things, might as well clean up a bit).
The wheel appears to be wooden, with a metal hub, that looks kind of like a drum brake hub, 24” across about 3” wide. 12 wooden spikes and six lugs/bolts. Any history buffs out there know what I found? I was thinking wagon wheel, but I am surprised to think wood would last that long under water. Googling some images, it looks a little like a Ford Model T wheel, but the Model T had a smaller hub.
Any help would be appreciated.
