Dive Plan for Saturday 03.18.06

Posted: Wed Mar 15, 2006 8:13 pm
by Dave
Just checking to see who is interested in diving this Saturday and depending on who is going I will plan accordingly. If you would respond by tomorrow (Thursday) night I will post the plan by Friday afternoon.
Currents look really nasty for any current effected sites so they will be out.
Thanks,

Do you have any links or info on Langley? I will look for some too, I have dove 100ft rock, it was pretty cool and I am not sure if it was low tide but it was more like 80 to 90 ft rock when I dove it and that is the entire site one big rock. that said it was a pretty cool dive and I would be into doing it again sometime....

We will, how about within the next few weeks for sure? It was a pretty neat dive seeing the boulder sitting all alone in a pretty cool ravine. Near there is also some tiny shelf action with a lot of interesting residents....

Looks like it is me , Calvin and Ryan this Saturday and since that is a perfect number of divers for my boat and the currents are ripping I think we will head over to Blakeley Harbor and do The Boss and China Wall!!!!

See you guys in the water and I'll nail down a launch time tomorrow..

Nope, but then again we launched at the Alki at dove around Blakely Harbor , some pretty cool wall action over there and I saw one giant Octopus although I was unable to get a photo because he was too far into his den. All in all it was a good day of diving,,,,now where to go next weekend???

Looks like the plan is to meet at Cove 2 at 12:30 (so you know it will be closer to 12:45). Doug, Patrick and I are heading there together, with Erik, ScubaK and Galen (and maybe BJ) meeting us. See y'all there.
