I'm in the market for a housing so i can finally get my Nikon D3200 in the water. I'm having a hard time finding something that ISN'T Ikelite. I have an Ikelite housing for my current camera and the setting buttons are not glove friendly what-so-ever (or un-gloved for that matter). Are there better ...

I've got a crab boiler that I'll bring

I've been diving it everyday since season opening. It's fine to dive, just be aware of the boat traffic

I've noticed quite a few at Mukilteo ranging from very small (hand size and smaller) to giant ochre stars in the crossed-leg stage. A good number already wasting into nothing.

I am at Edgewater Beach and there is not a single sign about approaching the 'construction area'. I think we're in business!

To be fair, the dock is not 'to the east' of that sign

I'm totally up to being a Guinea pig and testing the power of that sign

Does this mean no crabbing at the oil dock?

Vis was spectacular today on the ebb tide this afternoon

I dove Edmonds this afternoon around 2pm. Vis was great! 30' vis Easy!

The dock is closed down, its buoyed off and i guess the cost guard is heavily enforcing

The star reminded me of the alien cylinders from War of the Worlds, seemed fitting since I'm currently reading the book

The camera had a hard time focusing on the brittle star, but that was honestly one of the coolest things I have seen while diving!

Remember there is a parking fee now. I believe its $2/hr till 8pm

That's because everything was breeding! We were swimming in eggs and sperm! The anemones were releasing, the nudis were laying eggs and i even caught a giant brittle star releasing eggs (got pics, will post later)!

Does that mean all of the ones that look like this are females? I see them everywhere, this was at Possession Fingers last summer

I've been watching this little mama for a few weeks now, i don't know what kind of fish, but every time i visit her, she's there fanning and guarding her clutch.

If I'm going to make an hour drive all the way down there, I better get at least 2 dives in

I've gone down for the Thursday S. Sound dives, but having to be up for work on Friday at 3am, they dive too late
