Re: Site Update

I'm updating the site to the latest version, so you might experience some strangeness today. Let me know if anything bad persists. Actually, let Nailer99 know! :violent3: It IS pretty strange! Glad I did this BEFORE I went out and had anything to drink tonight with the guys! (On travel) :smt119

Thumb is not used for these numbers since it would point up and could be misunderstood as terminating the dive. 10 an...

I don't know. It is senseless.

It reminds me of the people who will purposely meander through a crosswalk, knowing they are holding up traffic just to exercise what little influence they can have in the world over your life.

Pathetic, really.

Calc Pony Size?

:smt024 Folks, I remember reading in our forum somewhere about how to figure out the proper capacity of a pony bottle based on air use rates, depth, etc, but can't find it .. there are just too many entries when you search for "pony" on NWDC. .... Can anyone point me in the right direction...

Scientists: Global warming could kill coral reefs by 2050

Not good ....

Rising carbon emissions might kill off the ocean's coral reefs by 2050, scientists warn in today's edition of the journal Science.

Do you HAVE dive insurance?

Unashamedly jumping off the Dive Insurance post http://www.nwdiveclub.com/viewtopic.php?t=2750

Personally, I have never been in the water without being covered, but I only have coverage for medical problems through DAN.

IMHO, for the level of coverage, its pretty cheap!!
