We found this roughback sculpin at around 45 fsw on a dive this afternoon at Mike's Beach Resort. There were roughbacks all over the place, but this was the only one with these big red spots on its head. Can somebody tell me what's going on with those?
Sorry for the slight fuzziness, my case was a little fogged.
Thanks!
