Mares 2nd Skin 1.5mm Hooded Shorty

I took a Lavacore full suit to Mexico this January. I really liked it but we had some cold water temperatures and just occasionally I wished for a bit more. I've seen a few people diving a lightweight hooded wetsuit and they pull the hood on when they need it. I think I would like an extremely lightweight hooded shorty to go over the Lavacore and Mares makes one that might work, the Mares 2nd Skin 1.5mm Hooded Shorty. Why in the world won't they allow it to be sold in the US?

What else might be similar? Thin, zipper, attached hood, with or without arms. Ideas anyone?
