I have a 13 that's practically new, I think I've used it 3 times. Brushed finish, DIN valve (pro insert). I'll check the viz and hydro when I get home tonight and reply here.

The tank is a Luxfer S13S with an origin date of 01A09. Both the viz and hydro were performed last September and the tank was stored with 1200 psi in it (not sure if it's air or argon... don't breathe to find out! ha).
