Yes yes yes, Really cool that getting the photos like this gives you a chance to see all the cool details you don't see under water like the transparent areas on the fins. Hope you put him back? They are too pretty to waste

Wow, Scott! Pretty cool to see one like that! Yes, most definitely a Silverspotted. The large silver markings under the lateral line, the swoop of the front of the dorsal fin, and the "urchin spines" sticking out of its chin are a bunch of good clues.
